The Arcplace Management Team has enjoyed successful careers in the management of operations both large and small. Team members have been directly involved in building and running successful IT security, network and application integration and outsourcing businesses.

Robbert Spierings, Managing Director

Prior to Arcplace, Robbert Spierings was Vice President Marketing & Sales at Celeris AG, a successful IT security company that was sold to Swisscom Solutions in June 2005. Prior to Celeris, Mr. Spierings held different management positions, as General Manager of a mobile start-up, Head of Product Management with MCI WorldCom in Zurich and as Senior Product Line Manager with Nortel Networks in Paris. Mr. Spierings graduated in Telecommunications Systems at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, and did an Executive MBA at Ashridge Management College in Berkhamsted, UK.

Martin Haller, Consulting & Engineering Director

Before Arcplace, Martin Haller, dipl. Ing. ETH, MBA, was Head of the Operations and Engineering department at Econis, a System Integration and IT Outsourcing company. Mr. Haller has over 10 years experience as a Technology Consultant and Project Manager in the ICT industry (XMIT, MCI WorldCom) focusing on network design, service development and business strategies. Previously Mr. Haller was a hardware and software developer at ABB involved and responsible for several international projects, mainly in the USA, and in Sweden where he lived for almost three years.
